Lowering Your Stress, Without Causing It

It’s long been known that lowering stress reduces your risk for nearly every disease, especially heart disease. But how? There are many theories and complex remedies, but if stress reduction is difficult it becomes stressful and you are right back where you started.

An easy way to reduce all stress is to sleep between 8-10 hours a night and for it to be truly restful. This will reduce your stress response to everything throughout the day. A few helpful tips on sleeping well and overcoming insomnia:

-Take a warm bath before bedtime

-Valerian root will put you to sleep

-Melatonin is a hormone helps you sleep well and helps you maintain a regular sleep schedules

-Taking passion flower will calm you down

-Magnolia Bark improves mood and mental functioning

-Consuming flaxseed oil will make you healthier and generally happier

-Multimineral supplements help everything under the sun
